Cancellation Policy
Registration and Payment To secure a spot in the course, full payment must be made at the time of registration. Payment can be made through Stripe where payment methods are detailed via www.completeaclrehabcourse.com website. Upon successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during registration. This email will serve as proof of your booking. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse registration or cancel any booking at its discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be provided. The reservation of a place on the course is possible if funding is required. Places are held up until 14 days prior to the course date. If the remaining balance is not paid in full by 14 days before the course start date, the reserved place will be released to individuals on the waiting list, and the deposit will be forfeited. Attendees on the waiting list will be notified as soon as a reserved place becomes available and will have 48 hours to confirm and pay for their registration. The Organizer reserves the right to reallocate any unconfirmed or unpaid reservations to ensure the course is fully attended. Cancellation and Refund Policy If you need to cancel your registration, please notify the Organizer in writing by emailing completeaclrehabjourney@gmail.com. Cancellations received: • More than 30 days before the course start date will receive a full refund, minus a [processing/administrative fee]. • 15 to 30 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund of the course fee or a transfer to a future course date. • Less than 15 days before the course start date will not be eligible for a refund or a transfer to a future course date will be accepted. No-shows on the day of the event will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the course due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low registration numbers, instructor illness, or events beyond our control. In such cases, attendees will have the option to: • Receive a full refund of the course fee. • Transfer their registration to a future course date. Transfer of Tickets If you are unable to attend the course, you may transfer your ticket to another individual within your organisation. Please notify the Organizer in writing at least 7 days before the course start date with the new attendee's name and contact details.
